Day 1
An ancient-city arrival
Travel to Anuradhapura. Explore its sacred grounds and monuments as your arrival schedule allows, then settle into your hotel.
Day 2
Wilpattu’s lakes & forests
Keep the morning relaxed before an afternoon safari in Wilpattu National Park. Return to Anuradhapura for the night.
Day 3
Turn towards Trincomalee
Travel to the eastern coast and settle into your Trincomalee stay. Spend the afternoon at leisure or discuss a harbour cruise or temple visit.
Day 4
Time beside the sea
A proposed whale-and-dolphin watching trip is subject to season and sea conditions. The rest of the day is yours for coastal time or an optional Pigeon Island visit.
Day 5
The journey to Kandy
Continue inland to Kandy. The proposed evening includes the Temple of the Tooth and a cultural performance.
Day 6
Pottery & your own pace
Try a traditional pottery experience, then keep time for Kandy or add Peradeniya’s gardens and a city viewpoint.
Day 7
Departure
Travel from Kandy to Bandaranaike International Airport for your onward journey.
